The number of devices depends on your subscription:
  • LiveTV+ (Free): 2 devices
  • Basic Plan: 3 devices
  • Premium Plan: 5 devices
  • Platinum Plan: 6 devices
  • Diamond Plan: 10 devices
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Open the NoirPlus app, go to Account > Subscription, and select the plan you'd like to upgrade to. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
 
Can I download content for offline viewing?
Yes, offline downloads are available for Premium, Platinum, and Diamond subscribers. Look for the download icon next to eligible content.
 
How do I cancel my subscription?
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, open Settings on your iOS device, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, find NoirPlus, and tap Cancel Subscription.
